Da Hong Pao
This Oolong tea grows in the rocks of the Wuyi mountains and king of the 4 famous Wuyi rock Teas. The leaves are full and large and produce an amber coloured infusion with a smoky and earthy flavour. A rare and special treat!
Directions: 1 - 2 tsp per cup. Pour boiling water over leaves and allow infusion for 2-3 mins. 2nd and 3rd infusion brings
out the true flavour and up to 6 subsequent infusions.
